Major upgrade to the Royal oak restaurant scene. A good Indian restaurant was long overdue for main street. The food was prepared perfectly. I highly recommend the chili chicken app and chicken biryani and go spicy! You will not be disappointed here. Staff is great friendly. Give them a try and enjoy!

The best Indian food I have ever had, 100/10, I’m usually not a big fan of Indian food, but this place will not disappoint you, trust me. I and my bf ordered fish curry and mixed grill; it was super good, properly sensed and cooked, and the garlic naan was hot, fresh and super buttery. The service was good. If they can just get a water filter, serving filtered water instead of tap water will be perfect.

The food was great! I will definitely make it a regular lunch spot. I got takeout since my lunches are too short to eat out . For any vegans or vegetarians, tons of options for you. I’m vegetarian so this is a welcomed addition to the area. Picture: veggie samosas, egg curry, and naan

Best Indian restaurant in the Metro Detroit Area! Fabulous food. Great service. Everything a great restaurant needs. Completely deserves a 5 star rating. The ambience is very delighting in relation with the mood. I Tried Chicken tikka Masala, Garlic Naan and Biriani. The special Clay pot biriani is one of the best biriani ever made. Fantastic and excellent restaurant. Make sure to book a reservation!

Best Indian place in downtown Royal Oak. You have to try the biryani. Brand-new build dining and kitchen. Supper clean.

Went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was a really good experience, I have never received such great customer service until I came here. The owner of the place was so involved by going around welcoming everyone and making sure we were taken care of. Food was really amazing, staff was very friendly. 10/10 highly recommend.

Excellent experience. I was delighted to see that they’re open late (until 11pm) on weekends. The service is incredibly attentive and friendly. They’re also able to accommodate off menu requests within reason. The bullet naan was the best I’ve tasted in metro Detroit. Tarka Daal was thicker (less soupy) and had great flavor. Both the chicken 65 & chili chicken were very good too.

Chicken Curry (Medium) - My first ever yelp review. It was that good. Best Indian food I've had in the Detroit area and the staff was super nice while I was in there. My girlfriend got the Chicken Kadi (Mild) and she loved it as well. Cant wait to go back again!

This place was very clean and the service is excellent. They have items clearly marked on the menu as; gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian. Which is helpful, because I'm two out of the three. We ordered; gobi manchurian, Chana Masala, aloo gobi mattar and roti. Everything was fresh and delicious. We even ordered a second batch of roti and the made it up fresh. Dining here was a delight and we will be back.

Delicious!! We decided to try something new before going to watch a movie at Emagine. Place was clean and staff was friendly! I had the coconut drink and husband had mango which was amazing. EVERYTHING was sooo good. My son (8yo) enjoyed every bite. We are already planning our next visit here. My favorite was lamb Biryani and samosas. You will not be disappointed!

We have been waiting so long for this place to open up and it was so worth the wait!! We got the chili paneer, lamb roganjosh, and butter chicken and garlic Naan. The chili paneer was a favorite it was spicy and a little pickled which we loved. The butter chicken and roganjosh are standard meals so we wanted to get them for our first time here and they were both delicious! The staff was also super nice. We will be eating here A LOT!
